Easter Monday. After a long morning considering what to do on this glorious day off I have chosen to blog myself silly. I've been drinking a very fresh 'Kukicha' Tea this morning now available on http://www.suki-tea.com/ . It is a Japanese Twig Tea. The aethetics of the loose leaf are stunning. One centimeter shards of lime green leaf with the same size chopped stem. Only about one gram of tea is used to create a lime green/yellow infusion that is as fresh in taste than it is vibrant in appearance.
Although I have just had breakfast, a healthy one too, I'm now going to devour rather a lot of chocolate. . .That's ok though as I'm drinking green tea. (probably)
